Got into scanning some shells this week for part of a graphic concept for some on going work with a client but ultimately it got shelved. Lots of interesting shapes, textures, etc to work with and incorporate along with type and layout. Shelved but not scraped!

Some recent graphic work for Tantalus Labs. Creative Director Paul trusted me to do my thing. Typically with apparel design like this after the initial concept/idea is sorted out for me there needs to be a main graphic element which everything else works around. Typically that's either a wordmark or main graphic element (illustration, shape, etc). With this project I created the Tantalus word mark which became the focus point and everything else worked around it to create balance and interest. I think these are up for sale now or very soon on their website.
